The Department of Anatomy lays the cornerstone for medical education by imparting a deep and clinically relevant understanding of human structure. It is committed to delivering an enriching experience through cadaveric dissection, histological analysis, and interactive learning tools.

  • State-of-the-art Dissection Hall with facilities for embalming and anatomical sectioning
  • Well-equipped Histology Lab with 50 student microscopes and in-house slide preparation
  • Two Demonstration Rooms seating over 50 students each, equipped with green boards and Overhead Projectors (OHP)
  • Departmental Library with over 100 reference books and 20-seat study space
  • Comprehensive Anatomy Museum with 150+ wet specimens, models, and charts
  • Embryology Section showcasing fetal specimens of different gestational ages, including congenital anomalies, with descriptive charts and catalogues
